The techniques demonstrated are based on the author's personal clinical protocols developed over 25 years of practice. Participants remain responsible for exercising their own professional judgement and complying with local regulations and standards of care.


Professional Eligibility

The Luxury Veneer Protocol is intended exclusively for qualified dentists undertaking professional education and development.

By purchasing or accessing the course, participants confirm that they are qualified dental practitioners and understand that the clinical techniques demonstrated must be applied in accordance with their own professional judgement, competence and applicable regulatory requirements.

Participation in the course does not confer any additional professional qualification, licence or authority to practise dentistry.

Course Access

Purchase of The Luxury Veneer Protocol provides ongoing access to the course for as long as it remains active and available through Vilumina Academy.

Access includes the video lessons, clinical demonstrations and downloadable resources provided as part of the purchased course.

Vilumina Ltd reserves the right to update, modify or discontinue the course. Where permanent discontinuation is planned, reasonable advance notice will be provided wherever practicable.

Nothing in these terms affects the purchaser's statutory rights.


Refunds and Cancellations

The Luxury Veneer Protocol is a specialist professional education programme intended exclusively for qualified dentists purchasing for purposes related to their professional practice.

As access to the digital course is provided following purchase, Vilumina Ltd does not ordinarily offer refunds for changes of mind, non-attendance or failure to complete the programme.

This policy does not exclude or restrict any statutory rights that may apply, including rights relating to digital content that is faulty, misdescribed or not supplied as agreed.

Where a purchaser qualifies as a consumer under applicable law, their statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

Notwithstanding the restrictions below, purchasers of The Luxury Veneer Protocol are permitted to download, print, edit and adapt the clinical checklists, consent templates, patient information sheets and other resources expressly designated as downloadable for use within their own dental practices.

These resources may be used and shared internally with the purchaser's clinical team and, where appropriate, with their own patients.

Purchasers may not resell, publish, distribute commercially, upload to public platforms or incorporate these materials into educational courses or training programmes without prior written permission from Vilumina Ltd.

All video lessons, clinical demonstrations and other proprietary course content remain protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or redistributed without permission.

  1. Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials on the School’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
